Let’s Stamp Together by SCT

Image
I signed up for this on a whim during last fall’s Scrapbook and Cards Today Crop and Create. First, Crop and Create Delivered is an amazing virtual event! But I also love this Let’s Stamp Together subscription deal. The first one this year was by Gina K. Every other month you receive a stamp set with accessories and there is a live YouTube with the creator who shows how to make several cards. So far I’ve only made the ones made in class, but I can’t wait to use this on other card projects. Here is the link to the subscription on the Scrapbook and Cards Today website.  Let’s stamp together

Graduation cards!

It’s graduation time around here, so I used the Taylored Expressions create in quads stencils to create these cards. I chose a couple different color combinations for schools in our area. I love how fast these are to create, though they are definitely a workout with all the ink blending! It was fun to also added the special extra touches to embellish them too. On the red and green ones, I added gold lunar paste for one of the layers. On the purple I added silver ink for that stencil layer. I tried using a shimmer stencil butter in black on the blue ones, but that product dried so quickly, it was a nightmare! And it flaked off the card fronts when I cut them apart. I used the crepe paper die from The Greetery, as well as Congrats die from them. The other congrats dies are from Spellbinders and Pinkfresh Studio.  I needed some birthday, thank you and congrats cards and I had some foiled and stenciled images ready to go. I added a background die and sentiments, and these were quick cards to pull together. I used the pinkfresh Studio daisy wreath hot foil plate, stencils, and dies, along with the stained glass die for the background, and the perfect sentiments stamp and die.
